Modern fantasy. A series of high-rise apartment buildings close ans crowded. abandoned in the 70s and occupied by the homeless to the point that they have become a miniature city within the Capitol of San Orte. Shady deals and danger but cheap and accessible housing for the poor and unprivileged. A center of back alley trades and illegality of all natures but a protective community. Home to all who have failed elsewhere
