Refuge - Avoalet
Frey and Cuff settle down for the night, their mission on hold while the storm passes. After all, Frey has yet to invent the umbrella and Cuff does so dislike getting wet. A fire keeps the place warm and a familiar cozies up to Frey’s side as she reads, both of them grateful for the companionship. Cuff hums to himself absently on occasion. He’ll pester Frey into bed soon enough but for now, there is peace.
