It is the beginning of the tribes ceremonies that celebrate the continued survival, growth, and health of the tribe from the past year and into the coming year. You aren’t old enough to join your parents in the nighttime ceremony but everyone’s tepees are close together so you can fall asleep to the sound of the ceremony.
